SHADE

A good portion of the event layout will have areas shaded by canopies, these make a huge difference. However, we ask that you prepare for the day.

  • Use sunblock, the good one, high in SPF

  • Wear a hat

  • Wear lightweight, loose-fitting, light-colored clothing to reflect heat

  • Listen to your body

WATER

Drinking water helps replenish the fluids lost by excessive sweating. We will have a couple of water station onsite.

  • Hydrate and hydrate often

  • Please bring a reusable water bottle to fill up, we will have paper cups too
